This document is designed to help bring the reader to an understanding of the attunement process. It is also designed to kick start such a process. The first 16 sections break down the attunement process and the final section describes many systems of attunement. A link has been provided so that previous readers can easily skip to the detailed attunement systems.
Note: This is not an energy attunement like that of Reiki or Seichim/Seichem. Although understanding is gained by reflecting on the process of giving a reiki attunement.

(Author Note: This promotes and activates change in the form of growth and refinement of the core being of the reader. The final result is a smooth transition at a pace that is a fully comfortable human experience. If necessary for the reader nothing need occur and the reader may be already attuned or the reader need remain out of tune than the speed of the transition will be zero and not occur (there will be no effect). Material activates high level of emotional change in human reader if body, out of body, mind, emotion and spirit are not in a state of attunement.
